Unforgettable memories in my club

IntroduceMe

The badminton club that I belong to was famous for a hard and Spartan training.
Team members were hurt.
Because our coach beat the team members very often.

When I was a junior, I had been beaten by the corch many times.
One time he beat me and I cut my mouth.

I holded my mouth to stop bleeding all day.
I could not open my mouth without filling pain.

There was a music class and a song examination that day.

The music teacher saw my mouth and passed me,
I supposed that I was the first person who passed a singing test without singing.

Our coach was famous in the school
He looked like Sergeant Hartman.

We had a special operation against the coach.

It was called "Getabako tokkoutai".
It meaned "Kamikaze attack a shoebox",

Before the moring train
a few members of our team went to the shoebox for the teachers.

They checked if the corch had already come.
Other members went to lookout and watched the road in front of our school.
If the lookouts saw his car, they would return and let us know immediately.

Our club and corch were extremely unusual.
It was so crazy.
So we had a much strange and unforgettable memories.

In my childhood

I was born and raised in Yokohama.
When I was an elementary school student,
I took lessons at a swimming and a Softball club.

- Sports
Softball is like a baseball in Japan.
Softball was a very popular sport for children and there were many softball teams.

Every Sunday we played softball.
I loved and hated it.
A popular animation TV program, "Mastle man" was aired on Sunday morning.
So softball team members couldn't watch it.
All of the members hoped that time of that TV program would changed.

There were little memory of my swimming school,
I got a prize only once for the breaststroke in Yokohama city.
I ate soba at a soba-stand near the swimming school.
This is the first time that I ate alone at the shop without my parents or another adult.

In my childhood, I was a small boy.
So I was a ordinary player on the softball team and at the swimming school.

- Study
At school, I was a good student and received good grades there and at my English school, which was called ECC.
I got a prize for writing a poem every year.

- Programming
I discoverd computer programming at the age of 10.
I spent all my money and bought my own personal computer.
It was for an amateurs machine and cost about 100 us dollors.

Programming has fascinated me ever since.

  • Last feedback meeting

I had a feedback meeting with my member.
I have been his manager for five years.
We have had 1on1 meeting many times and have talked each other.
But this was last one.
He will be transferred to other divison.
I wish him success and hope he will be great a engineer.

  • Rescheduling four times

I had attended a meeting with my bosses.
It was feedback meeting that bosses tell me what they evaluated my work last year.
So simply it was meeting about my salary in this year.
Yesterday that meeting resccheduled.
This rescheduling was the fourth time.
I have got warried about a feedback for a month.
