Complicated system

We worked on the system trouble that occurred several days ago.
We finally finisheded it.
The problem was caused by the customer who issued the claim.
He operated the system wrong.
This is a very usual occurence, because this system has a complicated and confusing design which makes many customers confused.
We have proposed designing a more easy and simple UI/UX system.

Our team

Our team assigned important client.
We have got contracts regularly.
Of course it was not bad for us.
But members had few chance to develop a new service or prototype system for a studying.
They didn't have a happiest time at least. Their motivation will be down.
So I will give members time to try new technology.
I expected they will be motivated and learn new and happy technology.

Interruption

We prepared for a system's release.
Suddenly a customer asked us last Friday to release a system on Monday.
So we didn't do our scheduled work last Friday.
Instead we worked on the system release.
This took priority.
Normaly we need at least a week to release a system.
We must be shared for release schedule.

Old system and new proposal

I became the PM of the old C/S system that worked in clients's offices all over Japan.
Previous PM said that clients didn't want to invest in this system but they need a proposal about a new marketing systems.
We will have a meeting our proposal next week.

Old system

We had a meeting about a client's old system.
That system was an old Server system.
There are hundreds of these systems,
that are in the clients's offices all over Japan.
I will be the PM of that system next month.
So we were taught that system by the previous manager yesterday.
We talked about changing the old system to a more modern one.

We attended customers meeting.
I introduced my boss and new members.
We talked about a schedule after a few months.

We prepared a system release.
We confirmed tasks and sent a mail about our schedule to customers.

Preparing for the customers meeting

I prepared the customers meeting next Monday.
This visiting was for introducing our new division.
We will introduce the new boss and members.
